Will you join us on Expedition Kenia? That’s awesome! You’re on the cusp of creating a meaningful experience: You’re going to explore an unfamiliar country, experience their culture and get to know the people there.

You’ll go together with up to 8-10 students and two teachers from your school. A Picaflor International coordinator will also travel with you. In Nairobi you’ll visit (social) projects and and you’ll get the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and take action.

A view examples:
You help remove all the plastic from rivers in a slum, or you organize sports and games activities at a school, or you help young passionate employees who are committed to equal rights for children and women or you plant a vegetable garden for children in the slum. You do all this together with and for the local population.

YOU
  • speak Englisch
  • you will commit yourself to the other
  • are good at collaborating
  • Have the courage to roll up your sleeves, before, during and after the trip!
Preparation

No expedition is good without thorough preparation. That means that we’ll do a preparatory program with group meetings on culture, language, sponsorship activities, assignments among other things.
